Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and able to comply with these Terms. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts

Some features may require an account. If you create one:

  • Provide accurate information and keep it updated
  • Keep your password confidential and do not share your account
  • You are responsible for activity under your account
  • Notify us promptly at contact@theforexrepublic.com if you suspect unauthorized use
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk to the Site or other users

We may refuse registration or reclaim usernames that impersonate others or cause confusion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest the Site in a way that overloads or bypasses rate limits, paywalls, or access controls (except as allowed by public search indexing of publicly available pages)

  • Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others

  • Reverse engineer non-public parts of the Site except where law allows
  • Use automated means to post comments or create accounts without our permission

We may investigate and take action (including content removal, account suspension, and reporting to authorities) when we believe these rules are violated.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated:

  • The Site’s branding, design, logos, and original editorial content are owned by LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME or our licensors
  • You may view and share links to public articles for personal, non-commercial use
  • You may not copy, republish, redistribute, train models on, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except for brief quotation with clear attribution and a link back to the original page
  • Trademarks of third parties (exchanges, brokers, data vendors, etc.) remain their property

User content and comments

If you submit comments or other content (“User Content”):

  • You retain ownership of your User Content
  • You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, moderate, and distribute that User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Site
  • You represent that you have the rights to submit it and that it does not violate law or these Terms
  • We may remove, edit, refuse, or refuse to display User Content at our discretion (including for spam, abuse, or legal risk)
  • User Content reflects the views of the author, not necessarily ours

Do not post personal data about others without a lawful basis to do so.

Newsletter and communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you agree to receive email from us at the address you provide. You can unsubscribe using the link in those emails or by contacting us. Transactional or account-related messages may still be sent where needed to provide a service you requested.

Advertising and third-party services
